MP#035: WRITE TO FIND YOUR WHY (Or why MP#diary is bringing lifechanging results

Many experts on transformation will say find your WHY if you want to change. I agree with that but I always struggled to find my WHY, which I truly believed came from inside. It’s easier to say I will lose weight because I don’t look good or because  it’s bad for my health. But to make this WHY really important for us, we must do something else. We can’t just change our eating habits and start to work out heavily if something big hasn’t happened inside us. And understanding this is the most important part of your transformation!

I tried to change so many times, sometimes with my big AHA, big WHY and sometimes without any BIG reason. Yearning for a big change always happened when I was at the bottom, financially or when I was struggling with my health. I even went to Peru and had several sessions with a traditional healers to find my WHY. But what I always found was that my mind is very creative and he likes to think about stuff that nobody sees. I get multiple ideas on everything, and I could get an understanding of what people want, who they really are and what our mission should be as a tribe on this planet.

But this can’t be my WHY right? I cannot just walk around, observe people and tell them what I think they should do to be happy. I don’t even know myself because I can’t make me happy in the first place.

So finding your true WHY is not as easy as it seems. But, I discovered a technique that will help you to understand your why more clearly and help you to use it as your biggest tool in transforming your life.

It goes like this: Start writing a MP#diary. This is your WHY. And your Mind Peak should be the question: Why do I want more in my ____ ? You can put health, life, money, relationship or whatever you want at the end. And then try to think about what your life would be like if you had more of that. More peace, better health, more love, more money. Then start writing about your plan of action for how you’re gonna achieve this. When you make a blueprint, you commit to a challenge, and the next, and the next. Slowly you’ll start changing your life but writing will always be there. It will become your WHY ritual and I promise you it will bring you all the answers you need on the road to success.

Whatever you don’t understand, you can just ask yourself and your MP#diary will bring you all the answers you need.
